How does the guaranteed 20–30% discount work?
It applies to eligible Business and First Class itineraries. Eligibility depends on your route, dates, airline and fare availability. Your written quote identifies the itinerary, total payable, published comparison fare, saving and fare conditions. Review those details before deciding to book.
Why book ahead?
Our fare desk compares and bids for partner fare opportunities rather than selling instant inventory. This takes time, and availability changes. Send your plans in advance; we do not arrange last-minute departures.
When will I hear back?
A specialist reviews every request personally. We aim to reply by email within 24 hours.
Where can I fly?
We source international Business and First Class itineraries worldwide, including London, New York, Miami and Dubai. Our airport directory helps you describe your route; the specialist checks airlines, connections and cabin availability for your dates. We do not quote domestic-only journeys.
Can you quote multi-city trips or groups?
Yes. Choose Multi-city and list the extra stops, or select 4+ travellers. Your specialist will confirm the details with you by email or phone.
What do I pay, and when?
Nothing to request a quote. If you decide to book, the payment arrangements and the ticketing agency are set out in your quote before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
We offer a full refund when your cancellation request is received at least 14 days before departure. Bookings made 7–13 days before departure fall outside this full-refund guarantee. For later cancellations and changes, the conditions stated in your written quote apply. Contact contact@volaire-travel.com to request a cancellation; a refund request does not confirm that a refund has been processed.
I have a booking code. Where do I use it?
Choose Manage booking and enter your code with the surname of one traveller. You’ll see your itinerary, what has been paid, how to pay any balance, and your invoices.
What happens to my details?
We use them only to prepare and discuss your quote. Please don’t enter passport or payment details in the form. .
